*If you have received a damaged or defective item, please Call Us at (337)534-7920 or Email Us at [email protected] and we will get this issue fixed right away. All Damaged items must be noted to us no later than 3 business days of receiving and checking over your item for damages for us to be able to take care of this damage with our supplier and in the proper manor.
- WE OFFER STORE CREDITS / EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THAT YOUR ORDER WAS RECEIVED IN THE MAIL. UNFORTUNATELY IF IT IS PAST YOUR 14 DAY PERIOD WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS WITH A DISCOUNT CODE GREATER THAN 30% OFF WILL BE A FINAL SALE, WHICH CANNOT BE EXCHANGED / OFFERED A STORE CREDIT.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? You will receive a email with E-Gift card within 3 business days of when we receive your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Store credit expires 3 months from the date your E-Gift card is sent.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include any shipping cost.
- Online Orders Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day you received package.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn, all tags must also be attached.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Final Few, Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!

- Preorders of backordered items may ship separately.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited, please make sure that you are not after your 14 day period before sending your items out, we will not be responsible for shipping items back to you if so ( you would have to pay to get the items back or in store pick up in this case)

- Shoes must be UNWORN.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging with the original invoice included.
- Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above.
- If a promo code greater than 30% was used at checkout these shoes will be a final sale..including all last chance shoes that have been marked down.
